Returns for Credit
InterTest Inc. will only accept returns for credit in exceptional and justified cases. In such cases, returns must be pre-authorized and issued a return authorization number. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed to the transaction.

Credit is issued upon the return of product(s) depending upon age, condition, and value. In such case, InterTest, Inc. will determine a refund amount in accordance to the aforementioned conditions and the purchase price of the product sold. Products not returned to InterTest, Inc. cannot be refunded. Explicitly ordered custom products and applications may not be returned. The customer must bare shipping costs of returned products.

Returns for Repair or Service
In the event a product is damaged and needs repair it must be sent to the Corporate Headquarters. Shipments returned without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) will be refused or an administrative fee may be applied to the transaction.
