Terms & Conditions
All InterTest, Inc. Discount Based Reseller’s must adhere to the following terms and conditions to maintain active status. Any infractions will lead to immediate termination of all signed agreements and will prevent you from reselling any of the agreed upon products or services.
Ethical Responsibility
As a reseller for InterTest, Inc., and all included brand names, we expect and hold you to the highest of ethical standards and business practices. We require that your business does not discriminate against any persons or potential customers based upon gender, race, age, or religious beliefs.
InterTest, Inc. Copyrights
All images and supporting documentation is copyrighted to InterTest, Inc. Written permission must be obtained from InterTest, Inc. prior to any reproduction or use of the available images. Any violations on copyrights will be handled by the U.S. government…
Warranty Information
InterTest Inc. provides a one-year warranty on all products carrying the InterTest, Inc., ISHOT™ or Zibra™ brand name unless otherwise stated. Coverage is limited to product defects, craftsmanship and assembly and does not include any damage incurred through negligence or accidental damage. A warranty assessment will be performed on any and all warranty claims prior to a decision being made. Warranty claims can be a lengthy process depending upon the nature of the claim. Intertest, Inc. is not responsible for any losses incurred during this warranty evaluation period or during any warranty work performed.
Liability Release
InterTest, Inc. can not and will not be held liable for any and all claims resulting from improper use of equipment. It is understood that some remote vision applications and inspections are dangerous in nature and that any injuries resulting from such instances can not be held against InterTest, Inc.
Account Receivables
It is standard policy for the reselling company to hold all of the receivables for the discount based reseller. All quotes and payments will be handled by the reselling company. InterTest, Inc. has no liability for non-paying or delinquent accounts.
Payment Options
Payment is accepted in the form of credit card (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, Discover), wire transfer (required from international customers), or Net 30 day account establishment (subject to completion of InterTest Credit Application and acceptance). Items subject to tax will be done so based upon the proper tax rate depending upton the geographical area. Items eligible for tax exemption are exempt only if we have a proper tax exemtion ID number.
Shipping Methods
Standard carriers include: UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS. Other carriers can be used upon approval from InterTest, Inc. For shipping information including optional carriers, please contact our shipping department at 908.496.8008. InterTest, Inc. will not be held liable for any delivery problems or poor service resulting from a specified carrier.
Order Deadline
The deadline for same day shipping on available products is 3pm EST. All orders wishing to ship same day must be received prior to this deadline or they will not ship until the next business day. Same day shipping is limited to in stock items that are F.O.B. – InterTest, Inc. – Columbia, New Jersey.
Exclusive Denial
In order for InterTest, Inc. to provide the best service and support for the end user, exclusivity will not be granted for any individual or company based on geographical territories or select accounts or markets. No exceptions will be made.
